GROWHub now connects directly to Metrc's API, automating plant-tag and batch-transfer uploads for operators in the 25 states that mandate the track-and-trace platform. The integration eliminates manual data entry between cultivation-management systems and state portals, according to TSRgrow. That cuts compliance lag and keystroke errors that trigger inventory-reconciliation flags during audits.

The Metrc module syncs plant counts, harvest weights, and batch IDs in real time. Operators set thresholds; the system flags discrepancies before they reach the state database. TSRgrow said the feature is live in Colorado, Michigan, and Massachusetts. California and Illinois deployments are scheduled for Q4 2026.

TSRgrow said the feature addresses a recurring pain point in multi-state operations: proving chain-of-custody during surprise inspections when paper logs are incomplete or staff turnover has erased institutional memory. Regulators who don't accept live-system access can receive the digital trail as a PDF or CSV export.

The software is available as a SaaS subscription starting at $500 per month for facilities under 10,000 square feet, scaling to enterprise pricing for MSOs.
